Actor offers support following her break-up with Ed Simons

Lily Allen has slowly been getting over her break-up with Chemical Brothers' star Ed Simons – with the help of teen actor Rupert Grint.
The singer was heartbroken after her split with Ed, 37, last month following a traumatic miscarriage. But Rupert, who plays Ron Weasley in Harry Potter films, has been helping to cheer her up.
The actor, 19, even treated Lily, 22, to a meal at a swanky London restaurant.
‘Lily met Rupert at The Order Of The Phoenix premiere last year. They swapped numbers and have texted each other regularly,’ a source tells the Daily Star.
‘After Lily’s split from Ed, Rupert offered a shoulder to cry on. Last week they enjoyed a Japanese meal together. They had a really long and intense talk, but also lots of fun, too.’
