Actor makes rare public appearance with new girlfriend

George Clooney and Sarah Larson made a rare public appearance together at Sunday’s Oscars.

The actor taken the former bar worker to few high-profile events in the past.

But George broke from his usual behaviour to parade Sarah, 29, proudly on his arm.

‘Sarah made a point of telling George she wanted to go to the Oscars – she wouldn’t take no for an answer,’ a source tells the Daily Express.

‘George finally agreed but on condition she didn’t talk to anyone on the red carpet. Sarah was the perfect companion and everyone saw what a lovely couple they are.’

George, 46, was nominated for the Best Actor gong for Michael Clayton at the ceremony at LA’s Kodak Theatre.
