Nadine Coyle: I really did lose my passport
Nadine Coyle has confirmed the only reason she didn’t turn up at the Brit Awards on Wednesday was because she lost her passport.
Reports have suggested she purposely missed the event because she wants to quit Girls Aloud.
But Nadine, 22, says that isn’t the case. She has no intention of splitting from Cheryl Cole, Sarah Harding, Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh.
‘I just wanted to let you all know how frustrating it is losing your passport,’ she writes on her blog.
‘I lost it somewhere over here (LA) and wasn't able to make it back. That's the only reason I wasn't there! Hello? I'd love to have spent the night with my girls.’
Girls Aloud were nominated for Best British Act but lost out to the Arctic Monkeys.
