Girls Aloud star says she need drink to calm her nerves

Girls Aloud

Sarah Harding is worried the girls will be banned from drinking at the Brits tonight. Girls Aloud are up for Best British Group.

The singer says she finds awards dos scary and needs a drink or two to calm her nerves.

‘If we do win, I’ll probably say something really embarrassing,’ she says.

‘I have one too many drinks for Dutch courage, then make a right tit of myself,’ she tells the Daily Star. ‘I’ll bet you any money there’ll be a ban on booze at our table.’

The 26-year-old confirmed all 5 of the bandmates will be attending the show at London’s Earls Court tonight.

Catch the girls on the Brit Awards at 8pm at ITV1.
