James Nesbitt has revealed that he’s turned to a therapist for help in the past.
‘Yes, I’ve paid for someone to listen to me,' he says. 'It was a personal thing. I’ve never said this publicly before: I have done therapy. It’s a brilliant thing. Brilliant, important, vital. It’s been life saving.’
And the Murphy's Law star, 46, says he’d recommend it.
‘Therapy should be available on the NHS,’ he tells The Observer Magazine. ‘If therapy is about someone non-judgemental listening to you, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with it.’
