Actress says music helped her grow

Scarlett Johansson says Ziggy Stardust turned her from a girl into a woman.

‘I learned I was a sexual being through David Bowie's songs,’ she tells the Daily Mirror.

Scarlett, 23, releases her debut album of Tom Waits covers called Anywhere I Lay My Head in May - and she's managed to rope in David, 61, to collaborate on 2 tracks.

‘This time off from working has helped me explore my musical interests,’ adds the actress.

David and Scarlett perform Falling Down and Fannin’ Street together.
