Couple try to save their floundering relationship

Coronation Street stars Ryan Thomas and Tina O’Brien are struggling to hold their relationship together after briefly splitting last month.

The pair – who play on-screen couple Sarah and Jason Grimshaw - are said to have drifted apart since Tina, 24, left the ITV soap at the end of last year.

Ryan, 23, has now moved out of their £500,000 home in Manchester.

‘Things came to a head this month and they decided to go their separate ways,’ an insider reveals. ‘Ryan moved out and Tina said she’d sell the house.’

But despite the split, they’ve decided give their relationship another go.

‘They missed each other and have got back together,’ the source tells the News of The World.

‘But no one’s holding out much hope. They’ve just grown apart. No one else is involved.’
