I'm A Celeb couple hit the rocks after constant rows

Marc Bannerman and Cerys Matthews have split – just 4 months after leaving the Australian jungle.

The short-lived romance is said to have hit the rocks over Christmas after constant rows about their future. Cerys told him it was all over 48 hours before Valentine’s Day.

‘They’ve hardly seen each other in the last month,’ a pal of Cerys’ reveals.

‘All the talk of babies and settling down has turned to dust. She realised the relationship was going nowhere and wants to concentrate on her tour so she told Marc they were finished last week.’

The couple got together after flirting their way through the jungle on the reality show I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! last year.

Marc, 34, was dating long-term girlfriend Sarah Matravers, 33, at the time but she finished with him after watching him flirting with Cerys on the show.

Days after Cerys left Australia, the pair reunited and spent weeks holed up together in Wales planning their future.

But after a series of glossy magazine interviews and raking in an estimated £750,000 from the romance, it seems it’s over.

‘It’s finished with Cerys,’ Marc's mum Dolores tells the Sunday Mirror. ‘He’s very upset, very down.’
