It Girl shows off ultra-muscular figure

Tara Palmer-Tomkinson shocked fans when she flaunted her sinewy arms when attending an exhibition at London's National Portrait Gallery on Monday.

The It Girl, 36, was wearing a strapless golden gown that exposed her bulging biceps and protruding veins.

Tara has been outspoken about her body issues in the past.

‘I have this very muscly, skinny body and I don't like it,’ she said. ‘I can't put weight on.

‘I always put my arms up in the air before I get out of a car so the veins don't stick out. I'm strong, though. I'm always the one who can get the lid off the jam jar.’
