SHOCK! Paris Hilton's brother arrested for suspected DUI

Paris Hilton's younger brother Barron was arrested for suspected drink driving last night in Malibu.

The hotel heir's black Mercedes is alleged to have clipped petrol station attendant Fernando Pellez after careering off a main road on to the forecourt.

‘He was totally drunk,’ claims Fernando, who was unhurt. ‘He couldn't even walk straight.’

LA police confirmed Barron, 18, was arrested and later freed on bail.

But dad Rick is yet to be given the lowdown on the incident.

'I haven't been contacted yet by either my son or the police,' he said in a statement released to Us Weekly. 'If what I have heard is true, it is very disturbing and I will have a lot to say — but it will be to my son not the media.'

Paris, 26, was given a 45-day jail sentence for DUI last year but did not serve the full term.
