Nadine Coyle did well to get rid of Jesse Metcalfe, says dad

Girls Aloud star's father is happy the relationship is over

Nadine Coyle’s dad is relieved his daughter has finally broken up with Jesse Metcalfe.

The Girls Aloud singer had been dating the actor on-off for 2 years and even stood by him during his treatment for alcohol dependency last March.

But now it seems their romance is over for good – and Nadine’s dad couldn’t be happier.

‘She did well to get shot of him,’ Niall tells the Sunday People.

Jesse, 29, was recently involved in a scuffle outside Hollywood hotspot Boulevard 3 after he stood chatting to model Taryn Manning.

Bouncers had to intervene and both men were escorted away.

Nadine, 22, is now said to be dating dancer Jamie Karitzis, 26.
