Macca confronts her about allegations she was secretly dating film editor behind his back

Heather Mills and Sir Paul McCartney reportedly had a telephone showdown yesterday over claims she cheated on him at the beginning of their romance.
Tim Steel insists he and the 40-year-old ex-glamour girl were an item when she started dating Paul in 2000.
Heather is believed to have phoned the ex-Beatle last night to deny the allegations made in a Sunday newspaper – and to try to secure a last minute divorce deal.
‘Heather kept phoning Paul but he wouldn't take her calls,’ a source says. ‘When she eventually got through she was in tears and very emotional.
'She wanted to tell him she's innocent. She's worried that every time something bad is written about her, [her divorce settlement] will go down. But he was very cool throughout the conversation. He ended it by simply saying: “I'll see you in court.”’
Following the revelations, Heather is believed to have told Sir Paul, 65, she's willing to settle for £10m.
Heather and Sir Paul meet in court today for a 5-day closed hearing.
‘He was in good spirits, quite a jaunty mood,’ the source tells the Daily Mirror. ‘He is relishing the forthcoming court case as he was always prepared to go all the way.’
