Amy Winehouse leaves rehab

Singer prepares for Grammy video performance

Amy Winehouse has checked out of rehab to prepare for the Grammys.

The Back To Black singer is reported to have left London's Capio Nightingale clinic, where she's been treated since 24 January, to prepare for her satellite performance on Sunday.

Amy, 23, has been nominated for 6 gongs - Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year, Best Pop Female Performance, Album Of The Year, Best New Artist, and Best Pop Vocal Album.

‘I’m raring to go and really excited to be performing at my first Grammy Awards,’ Amy says in a statement.

‘I’d like to thank everyone for their support over the last couple of weeks. I’m really sorry I can’t be there but I appreciate that I'm being given a second chance via satellite.’

Amy was denied an American visa to perform at the glitzy bash.

She remains under full medical supervision and her treatment will continue.
