Coleen McLoughlin seems to have taken new England boss Fabio Capello’s advice – she’s flown out to Barbados for a holiday.

The Italian coach, 61, has ordered the WAGs to stay away from their footballer fellas as they prepare for their clash with Switzerland tonight.

So Wayne Rooney's fiancee, 21, has decided to top up her tan in the Caribbean with 2 pals.

And Coleen appears to have dropped a few pounds - she's been snapped showing off her new svelte figure in a leopard-print bikini.

‘Coleen lost up to a stone through Weight Watchers and working out,’ a source tells the Daily Mirror.

Alex Curran, wife of Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard, 27, is also taking a short break.

The 25-year-old is staying at a £2,000-a-night villa in Dubai, reports The Sun.
