Britney Spears' pal Sam Lutfi grilled by K-Fed’s lawyer

Singer’s friend questioned by Mark Vincent Kaplan

Britney Spears’ confidant Sam Lutfi was questioned by Kevin Federline’s lawyer yesterday.

Sam, 33, had managed to evade being served notice to appear in front of K-Fed’s legal team for months, but was eventually given the papers in a car park in November.

Kevin's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan is gathering evidence to use in the custody trial set for April when the wannabe rapper, 29, will fight his ex-wife for primary physical custody of sons Preston, 2, and Jayden, 1.

Brit, 26, currently has no visitation rights to see her boys.
