Signing actress would be a major coup for the food giant

Angelina Jolie is said to have been approached to front a campaign for Heinz Salad Cream.

The actress, 32, was recently spotted using the dressing when having chips at London’s Claridge’s.

Manufacturer Heinz is reported to have offered her a deal and is waiting for a response from Angelina's people.

‘It would be a major coup,’ Heinz spokesman Mike Docherty tells the Daily Star.

If Angelina signs up, she’s expected to film a series of commercials for the firm.
