Veteran star says he took same sleeping pills Heath is reported to have used

Jack Nicholson shocked paparazzi in London this week when he claimed he'd 'warned' Heath Ledger before his death.
Snappers asked the veteran actor, 70, for a comment about the tragedy after he dined at the capital’s Wolseley restaurant.
‘I warned him,’ he can be heard saying in a video clip.
Jack later cleared up what he meant.
Suffering from insomnia, Heath, 28, is said to have been on a prescription drug – which Jack has taken himself in the past.
‘I warn people,’ Jack insists. ‘I almost drove off a cliff once.
'I don’t take sleeping pills but somebody said, “Take this, it’s mild”. I got a call in the middle of the night, kind of an emergency, and I almost drove off a cliff 50 yards from my house.
'So I warn people about it. But I also did not know Mr Ledger.’
Heath plays The Joker in new Batman movie The Dark Knight, a role that Jack - who’s in London promoting new film The Bucket List - played in 1989.
