Torchwood character Captain Jack Harkness will pop up in series finale
Friday, 8 February 2008
John Barrowman is set to return to Doctor Who for the show's new series.
The good-looking actor, 40 – whose character Captain Jack Harkness features in spin-off show Torchwood – will make a special appearance for the season finale.
Captain Jack comes to the rescue when the Time Lord, played by David Tennant, 36, is injured in an explosion.
But John is staying tight-lipped about the details.
'Let's just say there is always the possibility that when the Doctor needs help to fight off someone or something, he calls on Jack,' he tells the Daily Star.
'He is the muscle and guns man. I can't say too much – wait and see.'

John Barrowman, what can i say about John Barrowman? I saw him on Doctor Who, then completely forgot about him, became intrested about him when i started watching torchwood, heard him sing (Anything Goes), became a fan/fell in love with his voice, remembered that he previously stared on Doctor Who, berated myself for not putting it togeather earlier (I never forget a face), found out he was gay and taken. My world ended that day as it has for many next to all of his female fans.lol. i'd give my eye-teeth just to sing a song with him.
