UPDATE: Kate Moss sues over orgy claims - and gets retraction and damages

Supermodel takes legal action over tabloid slur

Kate Moss ordered lawyers to sue over untrue newspaper allegations that she had an orgy with 3 pals during her wild birthday bash on 16 January.

The News Of The World claimed the 34-year-old supermodel enjoyed a steamy romp with 2 female models and a guy at The Dorchester Hotel.

Kate was watched by a frenzy of excited pals as she 'gasped with pleasure', the Sunday tabloid falsely alleged.

A rep for Kate's modelling agency Storm quickly slammed the report - branding it 'false and defamatory'.

Update: The News Of The World has now issued this apology...

We would like to apologise to Kate Moss and to her family and friends for any offence or distress caused by our article last week relating to alleged events at her 34th birthday party at the Dorchester Hotel.
