Marc Bannerman has received a police caution over a disagreement with a photographer last month.
The ex-EastEnder, 34, was arrested and released on bail when he had words with the snapper outside the Ship Inn in Trefin, Pembrokeshire.
Marc is said to have lost it when the pap started taking pics of him and girlfriend Cerys Matthews, 38.
'One of the snappers got a photo of Cerys and Marc in the pub and then he got back into his car,' an eyewitness told Wales On Sunday
Marc and a male friend were alleged to have opened the door to the photographer's car and removed the memory card from his camera.
‘A 34-year-old man has been cautioned for criminal damage,’ a police spokesperson tells the Daily Mirror. 'No futher action is being taken against the other man.'
Marc and Cerys fell in love on the ITV reality show – despite him still being in a relationship with actress Sarah Matravers, 33.
