EastEnders star Joe Swash splits from girlfriend

Actor grows apart from his son's mum

EastEnders star Joe Swash has split from his girlfriend.

The actor, 25 – who plays Mickey Miller – and Emma Sophocleous, 24, are said to have decided to end things after growing apart.

The break-up comes as a shock as the couple have a 7-month-old son Harry.

And just 2 months ago, they moved in together in a rented home in Highbury, North London.

Emma is now believed to have moved out of the property. She has taken Harry with her.

‘They tried to make it work, but realised it wasn’t going to happen,’ a pal tells The Sun. ‘It’s sad for both of them – but life goes on.’

Joe hit the headlines in November 2005 when he almost died from meningitis.
