Penelope Cruz panics as private photos go missing

Actress loses camera on holiday

Penelope Cruz is taking desperate measures to ensure private photos aren’t published after her digital camera went astray on holiday.

The actress was abroad when she discovered it was missing and immediately told her laywers to send out letters to various media outlets.

The pics are said to contain a ‘variety of private images’ and use of the photos would be both a copyright violation and an invasion of the 33-year-old’s privacy.

A police report has been filed but it has not been specified if the camera was lost or stolen from her suitcase.
