Danielle Lloyd has bought boyfriend Jermain Defoe a puppy.

The glamour girl, 24, reckons the pedigree bull terrier can help the footie star, 25, get over the loss of his last pooch Buster.

Jermain’s ex-fiancée Charlotte Mears, 21, got custody of the mutt when they split in November.

Dani’s present has certainly helped cheer Jermain up.

‘It’s a real love gift,’ a source tells the Daily Star. ‘She took a lot of trouble to find the right dog. He’s a mini Staffordshire called Bubbles. Jermain’s so glad and they call him “our little baby”.’

Dani already has a dog called Trouble (pictured).
