Pal says the couple were at loggerheads before Christmas

Eva Longoria is reportedly fuming with hubby Tony Parker after he made a crude comment at a party.
The couple hosted a small gathering at their home in San Antonio shortly before Christmas – but partygoer Chris Ramirez claims it all ended in tears.
‘We were all having a really nice time,’ Chris reportedly tells Star magazine.
‘I don’t know how it happened, but the conversation got dirty fast. Someone said oral sex should only be between man and wife. Then Tony chimed in, “A mouth is a mouth, what’s the difference?”’
Eva, 32, is said to have stormed out after her 26-year-old husband's quip.
Meanwhile, Tony intends 'to pursue legal remedies against those making false accusations' after French model Alexandra Paressant claimed on a celelbrity website that she had an affair with the basketball player last year.
'Tony adamantly and unconditionally denies ever having laid eyes on this woman, let alone having had an affair with her,' says his attorney.
