Corrie star Julia Haworth pregnant

The Street's Claire Peacock is expecting first child

Corrie star Julia Haworth has announced she’s pregnant.

The actress, 28 – who plays Claire Peacock on the ITV show – is expecting her first child with accountant husband Jon Wormold, 30.

‘We haven't stopped smiling,’ says Julia. ‘It's such a special time and I feel so lucky we're going to share it.’

In the soap, Julia’s character is already a mum. She says the role is great pratice.

‘In a good way it's prepared me,’ she tells the Daily Mirror.

The baby is due in July.
