Actor and girlfriend Camila Alves expecting a baby

Matthew McConaughey is expecting a baby with Brazilian girlfriend Camila Alves.

The actor announced the news on his website and he's thrilled he's becoming a dad.

‘My girlfriend Camila and I made a baby together ... it's 3 months growin’ in her womb and all looks healthy and lively so far,’ he writes.

‘We are stoked and wowed by this miracle of creation and this gift from God. Wish us the best, keep us in your prayers, and God bless.’

Matthew, 38, and Camila, 23, started dating in 2006 after he split from Penelope Cruz.
