Sir Paul McCartney denies he’s had surgery on the bags under his eyes

Macca rumoured to have had wrinkles removed in New York

Sir Paul McCartney’s spokesman has denied claims that the Beatles legend has had plastic surgery around his eyes.

Reports suggested that Macca, 65, might have had a little bit of cosmetic work in New York - but his rejuvenated look is nothing to do with going under the knife.

The large shot of Sir Paul is from October 2006 soon after his rocky marriage to Heather Mills, 40, had come to an end. Our small picture shows Sir Paul in December 2007 looking very refreshed.

No doubt the relief of finally filing for divorce helped lift a lot of strain

Meanwhile, Macca is said to have angered estranged Heather by suggesting she should open her gardens to the public to fund her divorce battle.

‘Heather is in a bit of a pickle money-wise,’ a source claims in the Daily Express. ‘Paul has suggested some ways for her to raise funds – either by selling off or renting out her properties or even opening her gardens to the public.

‘Heather is furious.’
