Joel Madden gushes over baby daughter Harlow on website

Rocker reveals little girl is double of mum, Nicole Richie

Joel Madden is over the moon at becoming a father for the first time.

Partner Nicole Richie gave birth to a daughter on 11 January and the musician is besotted with his little girl.

‘I am finally home with my beautiful girlfriend and our brand new little daughter,' he writes on his website. ‘(Harlow) looks so much like her mom it’s crazy!’

The rocker, 28, tells his fans that although he's rubbish at changing Harlow's nappies, he loves a challenge.

‘She eats like a little maniac and she’s really sweet’, he reveals. ‘She barely ever cries, even when Daddy is changing her diaper, and believe me I suck when it comes to diapers, but I’m learning!

'We are so blessed to have this beautiful little baby in our lives.'
