Emergency services to testify at Britney Spears' hearing

Police, paramedics and firemen will appear in court

The emergency staff who were called to Britney Spears’ home on 3 January will give evidence at the star’s custody hearing today.

Police, firefighters and paramedics arrived at the singer’s house when she refused to hand her sons - Sean Preston, 2, and 1-year-old Jayden James - back after a visit.

Ex-hubby Kevin Federline, 29, called for help when he began to fear for his children’s safety.

After 3 hours of negotiation Brit, 26, eventually succumbed and was taken to hospital on a stretcher.

Following the incident, Kevin was temporarily granted sole legal and physical custody of the boys.

‘At the next hearing it’s extremely unlikely Spears will get visitation restored to what she had’, family law expert Lynn Soodik tells People.com.

‘Until the kids turn 18, we can expect in years to come that both parties will be back in court.'
