Sarah Greene gets Dancing On Ice chop

Former kids’ TV presenter is first skating contestant to get the boot

Sarah Greene has become the first contestant to be voted off Dancing On Ice.

The former kids’ TV presenter, 47, came bottom of the public vote along with Samantha Mumba, 24, yesterday.

But the judges decided to save the ex-singer in the skate-off.

Sarah remained upbeat on hearing the news.

‘It’s been a privilege,’ she tells the Daily Mirror. ‘There is no way I’m going to be hanging up my skates. I’ve been bitten by the bug and have found a new hobby. It’s a great sport.’

The result was a shock as How Clean Is Your House? star Aggie Mackenzie was expected to be given the boot after receiving the lowest scores by the experts panel.
