Heather Mills to spend 40th birthday alone?

Former model thinks she has nothing to celebrate

Heather Mills has reportedly told friends she wants to spend her birthday alone.

The former glamour model turns 40 tomorrow but is refusing to celebrate - insisting she's too exhausted because of her messy divorce battle with ex Sir Paul McCartney, 65.

‘During her days with Paul she was treated like a queen on her birthday and had gifts lavished on her,’ a friend reveals.

‘But those days have gone. She has made it clear that she's in no mood to throw a big party - she doesn't have the money or the inclination.

‘She's basically told us, “I'm p****d off, broke and feel rubbish. What have I got to celebrate?”’

But another friend reckons she's just grumpy about hitting the milestone age.

'At the heart of it all is he fact that Heather is not really enjoying the fact that she's 40,' the insider tells the Daily Star.
