Star keen to quit US to move to the curry capital of the UK

Troubled Britney Spears has told pals she wants to quit America – for her British boyfriend’s hometown of Birmingham.

The singer – who arrived back in LA yesterday after briefly fleeing to Mexico with paparazzo Adnan Ghalib, 35 - is said to believe the UK curry capital would be the perfect place to make a fresh start.

‘If I like it enough, I will make it my home,’ Britney is reported to have confessed to friends.

‘I need a fresh start and to be a million miles away from all the bullsh*t.’

Britters should have no trouble blending in with the locals - she put on a Brummie accent when doctors assessed her mental health at a hospital last week.

‘It was bizarre,’ a hospital source tells the Daily Star.

‘Britney thought she was British and kept up the voice for much of her stay.’
