Gary Barlow is set to write the music for a new ITV1 series.
The Take That star, 36, will help stage Britannia High, which is being billed as a cross between Fame and High School Musical.
The drama series is about a group of talented kids in a fictional performing arts school.
A documentary crew will follow Gary as he writes the numbers, while a separate fly-on-the-wall show will see the cast being chosen.
The series itself will have 8 installments with a live finale.
'This is an exciting format not like anything else on British television,' ITV Director of Entertainment Paul Jackson tells the Daily Mirror.
'We're sure audiences will love it. ITV1 has lined up some of the biggest names in music and entertainment to make Britannia High.'
Gary will be joined by Strictly Come Dancing judge Arlene Phillips, 63, who will choreograph the songs.
