Ozzy's daughter says the troubled singer knows she has a problem

Kelly Osbourne has urged pal Amy Winehouse to sort out her act – but insists she’ll never tell her to go to rehab.
The 23-year-old – who has admitted to her own drug and alcohol problems in the past - claims the Rehab singer, 24, needs to deal with her addictions herself, rather than rely on a clinic.
‘I am the one people come to with their problems,’ Kelly tells the Daily Mirror. ‘I talk straight. I don't say: “Look Amy, you're just fantastic.”
‘I say: “Amy you have a problem. I'm here when you are ready to deal with it.” I'm not going to tell her to go to rehab. She's not an idiot, she knows what her problem is.’
And Kel isn’t the only celeb to be dishing out advice.
US comedian Chris Rock, 42, has defended Britney Spears, 26, over her recent hospital drama.
‘Her behaviour isn’t that bad,’ he tells GQ. ‘It’s just because everyone has this angelic impression of her.’
