Tamzin Outhwaite pregnant

Ex-EastEnders star expecting first child with husband Tom Ellis

Ex-EastEnders star Tamzin Outhwaite is pregnant.

The actress, 37 – who played Melanie Owen in the Albert Square soap – is reported to be expecting her first child with actor husband Tom Ellis, 28.

Tamzin is believed to be 3 months into the pregnancy and she's chuffed.

'They are over the moon,' a pal tells the Daily Mirror. 'It's exactly what they've been hoping for.'

Tamzin married Tom – who already has a 2-year-old daughter called Nora from a previous relationship - in June 2006.

Her spokesperson has confirmed the good news.
