Matt Di Angelo: I didn't steal Flavia Cacace from Vincent Simone

Strictly Come Dancing star insists he's done nothing wrong

Matt Di Angelo has admitted he's crazy for dance partner Flavia Cacace – but insists he didn't steal her from Vincent Simone.

The Strictly Come Dancing star has been slated by professional dancer Vincent, who opened his heart to a Sunday newspaper last week.

Vincent, 29, claims Matt deliberately flirted with Flavia, 27, while they performed on the BBC show.

But Matt, 20, says he was a total gentleman - until the couple split up.

'I only let myself fancy her when I knew she was single,' he tells the Daily Mirror.

'Flavia was very private about her personal life so we never talked about her and Vincent.

'He's had a pop at me, saying I was ugly and a rubbish dancer. But we're about to start the Strictly tour so I'll see him then. If there's a problem we'll talk it through like 2 grown men.

'I need him and everyone to know I didn't steal his girlfriend.'
