Police are unlikely to charge Amy Winehouse with any misdemeanor regarding husband Blake Fielder-Civl's GBH trial.
No evidence has been found to suggest she was involved in an alleged conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
Amy, 24 - who has been holidaying on the island of Mustique - was arrested last month and questioned by police. Her computer was taken to be examined and she had to give her fingerprints and a DNA sample.
'If she did give money to her husband, this is not a criminal offence,' a Crown Prosecution Service source tells the News Of The World.
'It is most likely the case against her will be dropped.'
Blake is currently in solitary confinement for 5 days because he was found with a mobile phone in his cell in Pentonville prison — and a stash of home-made booze.
'He's distraught,' says a former cell-mate. 'And he's worried about the impact it will have on his relationship with Amy.'
