Big Brother: Celebrity Hijack gets off to a devious start

Housemate made to perform secret task

Matt Lucas was the first celeb to cause havoc on Big Brother: Celebrity Hijack last night.

The comedian chose contestant John Loughton to complete an undercover task which - if passed - would earn him an immediate place in the final and a BB party.

Through an ear-piece, Matt, 34, ordered the 20-year-old Scottish politician to tell the other housemates a string of lies, including the claim that he wrote the score to the Sound Of Music and that he was a boxer, a musician and a dancer.

John was also told to perform an Irish jig, massage housemates' shoulders, say ‘cake’ to people and to collapse on the floor clutching his leg with cramp.

The other contestants were bewildered by John’s behaviour and it was only when he was called to the Diary Room and the task was revealed that they realised he wasn't a complete nutter.

John passed the test.
