Kevin Federline gets full custody of Jayden James and Sean Preston

Britney loses right to see her boys

Britney Spears has lost the right to see her children following the incident at her house on Thursday, which ended with her being taken to hospital for medical evaluation.

The singer, 26, refused to return Jayden James, 1, and Sean Preston, 2 to ex-husband Kevin Federline's care at the end of a court-monitored visit.

After an emergency hearing on Friday, Kevin - who already had temporary custody of his sons - was 'awarded sole legal custody and sole physical custody' by court Commissioner Scott Gordon.

The order will stand until 14 January.

'There are no winners here,' says Kevin's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan.

'I'm not happy about any of these events.'
