Victoria Beckham fears another baby will ruin her body

David's on a fertility diet, but Posh is terrified of gaining weight

Victoria Beckham is petrified that having another child will ruin her body and cause her to age prematurely.

But the 33-year-old’s promised husband David they’ll start trying for baby No 4 straight after the Spice Girls tour finishes in the spring.

The pair are desperate to have a girl and will go to any lengths to improve the chances of this happening. This includes putting David, 32, on a special alkaline-rich diet designed to strengthen his sperm.

A family member revealed to Now: ‘Victoria’s got major issues about having another baby. She’s terrified of putting on any weight, but she has to if she wants to fall pregnant.'

Another reason why Posh has been putting off having another child is that her last pregnancy, with two-year-old Cruz, was such an ordeal.

‘It was very painful and it took a lot out of Victoria physically,’ says our source. ‘She’s paranoid that the sagging skin around her tummy will get worse than it already is after three Caesarean sections.

‘David says they want five kids, but we all think he’ll settle for four if they can virtually guarantee this one’s a girl. Victoria definitely doesn’t want to go through a fifth pregnancy, no matter what.’
