Actress stopped in early hours of Thursday morning

Mischa Barton was arrested on suspicion of DUI [Driving Under the Influence] and driving without a valid licence in the early hours of Thursday morning.
The 21-year-old actress's white Range Rover was stopped at 2:46 a.m. because police officers noted irregularities with her driving, an LA County Sheriff Department statement confirms.
Former OC star Mischa was released at 10 a.m. on £5,000 bail, a West Hollywood deputy tells People.com.
A representative for Mischa did not immediately return a request for comment.
