Mel B's ex unhappy about daughter Phoenix going on tour
Mel B and former husband Jimmy Gulzar are reported to have fallen out about their daughter Phoenix Chi accompanying the Spice Girls on tour.
Jimmy is said to have been concerned that his visits to see the 8-year-old would be disrupted but now an LA County Superior Court has ordered that the little girl can go on the road with her mum, reports TMZ.com.
Mel, 32, married Dutch dancer Jimmy in 1998 and Phoenix Chi was born the following year, when the marriage also collapsed.
After a relationship with Hollywood star Eddie Murphy, Mel gave birth to another daughter, Angel Iris, in April this year.
In June, she married 2nd husband Stephen Belafonte.
