Jamie Spears’ pregnancy to launch teen sex show

Nickelodeon to produce one-off programme

Jamie Spears’ shock pregnancy announcement has helped identify the need for a teen sex awareness show on youth channel Nickelodeon.

The one-off programme could be aired next month.

‘This is a great opportunity for parents at this moment to talk to their kids about this,’ potential host Linda Ellerbee tells People.com. ‘[And] more important, to listen to their kids about this.’

Nickelodeon – the station that airs Jamie Lynn’s series Zoey 101 – has supported the 16-year-old following her astonishing news.
