Kerry Katona hires detective to find her real dad
Kerry Katona has paid for the help of a private detective to find her natural father.
In December bus driver John Dowd came forward to declare he might well be her dad, as he had an affair with Kerry's mum 28 years ago.
But the pregnant star, 27, is adamant he is not related to her.
‘He looks nothing like me. He looks like another one of them storytellers,’ she tells the Sun.
‘I’ve hired a private investigator to find my real dad so I guess I’ll find out soon.’
John is one of several men who reckon the former Atomic Kitten star is their flesh and blood.
Kerry is now said to be considering using DNA testing to end the matter one and for all.
