Britney Spears’ and Kevin Federline's lawyers held an emergency meeting on Tuesday after the singer failed to turn up for a court hearing.
Kevin's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan said he wanted to deal with Brit's 'willful non-appearance,' but it came to nothing.
‘The custody arrangements haven’t changed,’ a court representative told People.com.
Kevin, 29, has primary custody of the couple's two sons - Preston, 2, and Jayden, 1, while Britney, 26, has supervised visitation rights.
The next hearing is due on 19 February.
