Javine Hylton: I want Alesha Dixon to win Strictly Come Dancing

Singer offers an olive branch to love rival

Javine Hylton wants arch enemy Alesha Dixon to win BBC talent show Strictly Come Dancing.

She feels bad about having an affair with the reality show star's husband MC Harvey – and wishes her all the best for the final on Saturday.

'Alesha is doing brilliantly and good on her,' says Javine.

'It might sound strange for me to say this but I genuinely want her to be happy and I really hope she wins.'

And Javine, 25, says she felt she and Alesha, 28, were very restrained when they bumped into each other earlier this year.

'It was awkward but we are two women who aren't going to be seen fighting in public,' Javine tells the Daily Mirror.

'I'm sure she wanted to give me a few slaps around the head. But we conducted ourselves well.'

Javine is now 7 months pregnant with MC Harvey's baby and is due to give birth in February.
