High School Musical star performs at charity gig for the first time since plastic surgery

Ashley Tisdale revealed her new nose for the first time on Friday since having plastic surgery at the end of November.
The High School Musical star performed at the Jingle Ball charity concert at New York’s Madison Square Garden.
Ashley's nose had been fractured twice, once when she was hit in the face while dancing and once in a car accident.
Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Raj Kanodia – whose clients include Jennifer Aniston, Cameron Diaz and Ashlee Simpson - realigned the nasal bones and corrected a deviated septum.
‘If I laid down on my right side it was like somebody closed up the right side of my nose,' says Ashley.
The surgery has been successful and Raj has solved her breathing problems.
‘Functionally her nose is better and cosmetically it’s better because I got rid of the effects of the injuries,’ he says.
But Ashley, 22, says she will not have plastic surgery again.
‘I don’t believe in plastic surgery. I really think natural is more beautiful,’ she tells People.com. ‘This was not about changing me. I am comfortable with myself.’
