Nicole Kidman shocked fans Down Under yesterday at the premiere of her new film when she turned up looking like the Tin Man.

The actress, 40, was snapped in a metallic trouser suit that made her a dead-ringer for the Wizard Of Oz character.

Nicole was in Sydney, Australia, promoting new movie The Golden Compass.

The silver trousers and blazer combination was a very different look to the elegant gowns Nicole usually favours.

Maybe she should stick to the frocks.
