Emma Bunton on crutches following tumble on stage

Baby Spice twists her ankle in Las Vegas show

Emma Bunton is on crutches after falling over on stage in Las Vegas.

The Spice Girls are due to perform a staggering 17 dates at the O2 Arena on London starting on Saturday so the mum-of-1 is determined to carry on.

‘I had a tumble on stage and unfortunately I have sprained my ankle, so I'm hobbling around on crutches,’ she tells the Daily Mail.

‘But I'm sure to make a speedy recovery and see you all at the O2.’

Yesterday the singer, 31, put on a brave face at the unveiling of Spice One – a Virgin Atlantic plane named in their honour - and was even carried up the steps by a bodyguard.

The Spice Girls are due to fly back to the UK in the luxury jet.
