The A-list actress sprints at least 3 miles, 6 days a week

Renée Zellweger, 38, isn’t your usual Hollywood actress – she’s left her mansion in Beverly Hills for life in paparazzi-free Long Island off the East Coast.
'I got tired of being in LA,' she explains.
And although she loves Mexican food, exclaiming 'Chips and guacamole are the best!', she makes sure she keeps her slim figure.
'I ride my bike to the ocean, I dive in and then I ride my bike home,' she explains. 'I also run between three and five miles, six days a week.
'In fact, I run until it hurts. I have knee and back injuries which mean I can’t do any more than that. Oh, and I do yoga, too.'
Renée has been a sporty sort ever since she was small.
'I was a tree-climbing, baseball-playing, soccer-playing girl,' she says. 'I’d do gymnastics in the garden or play hide and seek. I was a fun kid.'
Ummm, we had fun staying indoors and eating doughnuts. But then, we didn't become Hollywood stars.
